5 PILIPINO FACTS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW
1) There is no "F" in the indigenous Pilipino
language that's why its Pilipino Heritage month.


2) Theres a KKK in the Philippines, but a good kind.
It stands for Kataastaasang, Kagalanggalangang Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan
(Supreme and Venerable Society of the Sons of the Nation). Better known as the Katipunan,
they were a Philippine revolutionary organization founded by Filipino rebels in Manila, in 1892,
which started a revolution that gained independence from Spains 300 years of colonization.


3) After the 2000 U.S. Census. Pilipinos are the largest API
(asian pacific islander) population in the U.S.
after they implemented the use checking multiple boxes for multi-racial people.


4) Call centers in the Philippines are not allowed
to speak tagalog over the phone, only English.


5) The largest export of the Philippines is People.
